Personal Makati CBD Lifestyle Experience:

I’m a Licensed Real Estate Broker and have been personally living in Salcedo Village for the last 5 years. Before moving here I have experienced living in Moonwalk Paranaque and Better Living Paranaque, my first impression of Makati City is expensive, traffic, highly dense. These all are true up to this date, however, living here made me realize these all are the main benefits you get living in this City.

Makati CBD has everything you need on a daily basis, i have a car but i probably use it once a week only as most of my appointments are within the City. Traffic is not a problem when you get to walk wherever you need to be. This City has everything, from schools offering pre-school to high school, college and even mistrial degrees to business, embassies, consulates, play ground, malls and just ask and you’ll find it here.

As a Broker I’m personally shocked on the investment figures of this City. Rentals has never been a problem unlike other cities. Give and take a month and you’ll land a long term lease contract easily. The number of people looking never stops, they just keep coming and sometimes its the unit that ran out than tenants looking. The tenant profile has been a good mix of everything. From Top Executives all the way to regular employees, renting in Makati City is now a necessity if you can’t purchase your own yet. Traffic has significantly changed Metro Manila and land lords, unit owners have been the biggest benefactor. People with houses outside Makati City are starting to lease units inside the City, aside from those using it as permanent address.

The City of Makati has proven itself that it has no limit, constant improvement has been placed and developed in the past several years. Highly effective sheltered walk ways connects the whole Makati CBD to the malls where aside from shopping, public utility vehicles are all around. The City of Makati definitely has it all, living here in the past 5 years its all convenience, luxury, leisure, more time with my daughter that i get to benefit everyday.
